T.U.N.A. in Wired Network

By connecting the unit to a switch or hub, you will have
control over every device connected to the switch or hub,
from access points to PCs.
T.U.N.A. in Wireless Network

Connecting The Ultimate Network Appliance directly into
a wireless Access Point is an easy way to restrict
bandwidth for your wireless customers.

The below diagram shows the typical network setup. The switch or hub marked Outside Switch more than likely already exists on your network. Devices connected to this switch are not limited by bandwidth and are typically one hop away from your router. One device connected off of this switch is The Ultimate Network Appliance (T.U.N.A). The internal network interface of the T.U.N.A. is then connected to a secondary switch, hub or Access Point. In this drawing below, the case is a switch. Every device connected off of the Inside Switch must be authorized by the T.U.N.A. to access the outside switch and then the internet.
